The role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping the success of VEKA's product portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the product and innovation roadmap, ensuring the successful launch and growth of all VEKA products, continuous improvements, and DBS solutions. What you'll do
- Collaborate closely with the Product & Innovation Manager, Project Managers, Technical Team, Sales Team, and Commercial Team to deliver on the product and innovation roadmap.
- Serve as dedicated Marketing Support on all product launches, owning all product literature and driving VEKA's presence as an industry leader.
- Act as part of the 'brand police', ensuring consistency internally and externally within VEKA brand guidelines.
- Monitor the performance of products and campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare comprehensive product launch marketing plans, collaborating with Commercial Teams for successful execution.
- Take ownership of the Marketing budget, supported by key stakeholders, to deliver against overall objectives.
- Develop a suite of best-in-class marketing materials, including sales support, advertising, social media assets, digital assets, imagery, brochures, and point-of-sale (POS) materials.
- Utilise market insights to understand customer needs, product features, and key competitors, drawing out key conclusions to drive marketing strategies.
- Work closely with Brand & Insight Manager and Customer Marketing Manager on campaigns and relationship marketing events.
- Ensure all projects are completed to a high quality, meeting deadlines, and within budget.
What you'll need
- Degree in Marketing or related field, or relevant hands-on experience.
- Approximately 8 years' marketing experience with a focus on brand strategy and product marketing.
- Proven track record of delivering results against objectives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
- Creative thinker with the ability to think outside the box.
