  • Location: Munich, Germany
  • Employment Type: Full-Time and indefinite term
  • Salary Range: € 40,000-55,000 per year gross depending on the seniority level
  • Working Mode: Office-first work setup 
  • Language Requirement: C1 Level English and German (applications without C1 Level German will not be considered)

Your Responsibilities

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees, support their relocation to Munich/Germany, and ensure an excellent welcome on their first day
  • Facilitate seamless integration into Entrix office life, partnering with other departments to help new hires understand our product, team, and culture
  • Lead a smooth and positive offboarding experience, conducting exit interviews, managing final paperwork, and ensuring the return of company property while celebrating each employee’s contributions

HR Information & Payroll

  • Maintain accurate employee records, oversee payroll from the company perspective and work closely with external accountants to ensure a smooth payroll cycle each month, 
  • Manage  HRIS (Personio), and handle daily people operations including contracts, tools  and resolving requests.
  • Continuously review, optimize, and improve HR processes and workflows, actively leading People projects such as benefits, people analytics, and the implementation of new People tools.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to People policies, collaborating with internal stakeholders like Talent Acquisition and Finance, as well as external payroll providers.

Office & Event Management

  • Create an office environment that is both appealing to the eye and is highly functional for all Entrix employees
  • Organize team events on a bi-weekly basis and company offsites bi-annually, ensure the travel, the agenda, team building activities are serving the business goals

Your Profile

Your Profile

 

  • 3 years of proven experience in HR, People Operations, or Office Management, preferably in a startup or dynamic environment or in hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Personio, and payroll processes
  • Strong organizational skills and  ability to manage different projects at the same time
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills combined with a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Proactive and able to lead initiatives and projects
  • Fluency in English and German
