Your tasks:

  • Managing HR Master data, absence, attendance, sick leave, reporting and other payroll related tasks
  • Entering data for payroll purposes
  • Supporting and advising employees in all matters relating to human resources
  • Creation of certificates
  • Performing general administrative tasks
  • Close cooperation with employees and managers

Your skills:

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Initial experience in personnel administration and payroll accounting will be considered as an advantage
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication skills in German (good English skills are a plus)
  • Willingness to work on site
  • Basic knowledge of labor law
  • Attention to detail
  • Motivation and commitment to continuously develop together with our team
