Mechanical Supervisor

For our location in Ningbo we are currently looking for a

OBC Mechanical supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the structural design of power electronic products, including the design of die castings, sheet metal parts, plastic parts, etc.; 
2. Responsible for the vibration reliability design and thermal reliability design of power electronic products;
3. Responsible for the production and filing of development documents for power electronic products, including product design reports, tolerance analysis reports, DFMEA, etc.;
4. Work with mechanical simulation engineers to improve product vibration reliability, and with thermal fluid simulation engineers to improve product heat dissipation reliability;
5. Responsible for research on forward-looking topics related to structures;
6. Responsible for training new structural engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. More than 5 years of experience in OBC or power structure development, with priority given to those with experience in aluminum die-casting structures and water-cooled heat dissipation system design;
2. Proficient in using CATIA, ISO drawing annotation rules, tolerance analysis, experimental design, and design failure mode analysis;
3. Team management experience is preferred.
