Perfect! Our B2B Marketing Team is looking for a new team member to support our international sales team:

Marketing Manager B2B (w/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • International Events and Trade Shows: Organization and execution of international trade show appearances and events.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordination international marketing projects.
  • Financials: Administration of allocated  budgets (including handling invoices) for our  International B2B Marketing and Sales team.
  • International Collaboration: Close collaboration with our international sales director, marketing and product experts of ORS in Austria, and INSYS in Poland.
  • Support and active participation in this year's rebranding as part of the merger of ORS and INSYS.
  • Preparation of product presentations, slide decks and materials for our International Sales Team.
  • Communication: Handling customer and press inquiries as well as building and maintaining international media relationships.
  • Content Management: Supervision and further development of the company's communication channels such as LinkedIn, website, and newsletter.
  • Content creation for and management of our company's communication channels (LinkedIn, website, newsletter).
  • Operational and strategic implementation of international media campaigns
  • Provice support for our International Sales Team regarding marketing and PR.
  • Manager advertising and PR agencies, coordinate within the marketing teams.

  • You enjoy an international growth environment  and love to colaborate with our international sales, marketing experts, and product teams in Austria and Poland.
  • Your English and German language skills are perfect. Polish is a plus.

Here's what we're proposing for you:

In addition to an annual salary in line with the market, we offer you a package of benefits consisting of a mobility allowance for the Wiener Linien annual ticket or the Austrian climate ticket, a company canteen, our bonus programme, the pension fund and a sports programme.
 
Place of work: Vienna (remote option), working hours: 38,5hours per week, reference number: ORS2025MK, Starting date: 03/2024. We are happy to offer professionals with relevant training and experience a gross annual salary in line with the market of between 42,000 and 56,000 Euros (salary group 3, Telekom-KV, 38,5 h/week).

Good communication and direct cooperation are very important to us. You can work from home, from the modern office or hybrid. In practice, this means that, according to your preferences, you will benefit from working remotely or from an office in Vienna with a great location and a cool atmosphere.
