Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.

Your tasks
- Knowledge of warehouse organization and Heavy-duty high shelves
- Experience handling equipment with forklift and stacker
- Experience in loading trucks regarding safety and fixing the items
- Recognising material bottlenecks
- Managing third-party service providers such as work platform rental companies
- Renting trucks and equipment
- Requesting crews for storage and loading activities
- Ensuring the constant availability and assembly of rope suspensions
- Check incoming and outgoing goods
- Dispatch and receipt of parcels
- Monitoring and commissioning of the annually recurring tests
- Waste Management
- Monitoring and improving health and safety in the warehouse
- Team leader for the logistics team
Your profile
The Logistics Manager builds the interface between all project involved employees (construction and operations managers, project managers, Office manager) and moveable and temporary items. At the same moment they are responsible for the facilities where we store these items. For example, the warehouse.
The logistics manager has a team to support in the warehouse and on fairground. There are also team members who take responsibility for moving material between warehouse and fairground, like drivers. They communicate with our German logistics departments and organize transports between our warehouses. The coordination of our working machines is also in their responsibility.
