MinebeaMitsumi's EU Legal Department has a vacancy for a legal corporate counsel (m/f/d)  to be based at our head office in Langen (Hessen), Germany, as soon as possible. The position is initially a part-time (max. 28h) temporary parental leave replacement until March 2027 with the possibility of taken over. 

These are your tasks

  • Legal support for MinebeaMitsumi subsidiaries in Germany, France, Italy, United Kingdom, Austria and Switzerland
  • Contract reviews and contract negotiations with customers and suppliers.Communication with external law firms
  • Support in litigation matters
  • Training the employees on different legal topics
  • Reporting to the EU Head of Legal

You can convince with these

  • German Judicial First and Second State Examination
  • 3+ years of professional experience as attorney-at-law or as inhouse legal corporate counsel
  • Excellent English and German skills in speaking and in writing
  • Further foreign languages would be an asset (e. g. Japanese, Italian or French)
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Willingness to adapt to an international and intercultural environment
  • Reliability, effectiveness and the ability to work in a team
  • Experience in the automotive or aviation industry would be an advantage
