Your mission at Raiffeisen Tech
- Provide comprehensive legal and compliance support, with a broad understanding of corporate law
- Facilitate contracting processes and support various sites
- Coordinate with RBI Group functions to ensure compliance with group directives
- Address compliance topics from both the RBI Group and Austrian legal perspectives
- Oversee GDPR, DPO, ICS, and outsourcing activities and supporting these topics to our Kosovo and Romania operations
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for audits
- Drive the general governance and manage directives for Raiffeisen Tech and subsidiaries
- Steer and advice on the legal, compliance, GDPR, DPO, ICS and regulatory agenda for Raiffeisen Tech group
- Advise the board on fulfilling RBI group perspective requirements
Your core competencies
- 5-10 years of experience in legal and compliance within IT, banking, or a corporate environment
- Sound understanding of corporate background and governance
- Broad knowledge of corporates law, especially Austrian labor law
- Experience with GDPR, data protection, and compliance topics
- Ability to manage operational risk and outsourcing
- Sound communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with different departments and teams
