In your role as Lead Full Stack Engineer you can work flexible and remote, based in Europe. With your work, you will be bridging worlds. YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the lead software developer of a new IT company and decision-maker to make the company thrive and prosper
- Act as the primary point of contact for European clients and linkage to development team in Burkina
- Identify client's development standards and tech stack and align software implementation
- Coordinate and oversee projects from inception to completion and take on responsibility for the implementation of the final solution
YOUR PROFILE
- Ability to design Full Stack software implementations and guide other junior developers throughout the implementation process
- Understand client's needs as weil as different tech stacks and adapt the desired software implementation
- Proven track record of successfully led projects
- Ability to work independently andin a team, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with, ideally with a passion for teaching and mentoring software developers and good intercultural competences
- Fluency in English; French language proficiency is highly advantageous
- Desire to mentor and empower African developers, fostering their professional growth and engage in social initiatives through work to have a positive impact
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Deep understanding of software architecture and software patterns
- Experience in software projects with end-to-end ownership building microservices or serverless solutions
- Expertise in IT security practices and their application in software development
- Experience in quality assurance in software development
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, #C,TypeScript, Javascript, CSS, HTML
- Knowledge of modern frontend development principles and experience with frameworks like Next.js or GraphQL
- Strang backend experience with Node.js, REST, and relational databases
- Knowledge of data integration technologies like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, or Snowflake
- Practical experience with AWS or another cloud provider
- Familiar with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub Enterprise, and working in an agile framework (CI/CD/TOD) with GIT, Jira, and other Tools
