Laboratory Manager

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Leading teams in Metrology Laboratory, Cleanliness Laboratory, Metallography Laboratory and MSA & Calibration
• Preparing, monitoring and executive yearly budget for responsible Laboratories and resources assigned
• Keeping equipment timely serviced and calibrated
• Promoting Integrated Management System Policy and 3Q6S Policy in assigned areas
• Developing necessary documentation for efficient and safe usage of Laboratory tools and equipment
• Supporting continuous improvement of Integrated Management system on site according to customer specific requirements and IATF16949, CSR, ISO14001, ISO45001 and internal Guidelines and apply in area of responsibility
• Collecting and processing Laboratory KPIs, Track Action Plants and improvement and report to QA Manager
• Organizing tasks, resources and make prioritization in base of Plant needs
• Responsible to organize internal and external calibration of Measurement equipment for entire Plant scope

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in the field of Quality Management Systems or Technical science
• Relevant work experience in laboratories management in automotive industry
• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ISO17025
• Developed solution-based approach to resolve issues
• Developed communication skills
• Developed people management skills
• Developed ability to provide effective feedback
• Developed ability to make decisions, and to take responsibility for outcomes
• Developed ability to working with cross-functional teams
• Advanced MS office skills
• Fluency in English
