THE ROLE

As Key Account Travel Experience Automotive (m/f/x) you are the face of AVANTGARDE for our client in the field of premium travel driving experiences. You are responsible for budget management, recognize customer needs and are responsible for project and business success.   • You are responsible for overall project management: from the initial inquiry, proposal preparation and negotiation through the entire project process to project completion - from several areas and parallel projects
  • You are responsible for the overall budget, budget planning and ensure proper commercial processing of projects
  • You define the individual project requirements and are in close contact with all stakeholders regarding milestones and targets. You keep an eye on all timings at all times
  • You lead interdisciplinary teams and consultants, motivate your team, develop it further and coordinate areas of responsibility
  • You lead client meetings, presentations and workshops and prepare them in collaboration with your team
  • You define quality standards and ensure compliance with them. You take on the evaluation of customer projects for all decision-makers and formulate clear recommendations for action

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a university degree and at least 7 years of relevant professional experience in event management, marketing, communication and/or travel operations
  • You have proven excellent industry knowledge in the automotive industry and/or travel industry
  • You have experience in leading interdisciplinary and agile project teams as well as in business development and budget responsibility
  • You have excellent presentation and moderation skills, negotiation skills and strong communication skills as well as a strong customer and quality orientation
  • You are an organizational talent and have a unique flair for creating unforgettable customer experiences
  • You can inspire customers and colleagues with your ideas and convince them with your confident demeanor, business thinking and actions
  • You have a sound knowledge of MS Office products and very good written and spoken German and English skills
