As part of our Key Account & Licensing team, you will have an exciting position within a highly motivated international and diverse team. As Key Account & Licensing Manager for our Innovative and Differentiated Products you will play a key role in the development of Tiefenbacher Group by managing and expanding the sales in international markets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating license and supply agreements and ensuring sustainable customer retention.

Eine herausfordernde Aufgabe

  • Introduction and out-licensing of innovative and differentiated finished dosage forms to international B2B/B2D partners
  • Manage existing, identify, and cluster new partners in terms of market access, map them and define sales and licensing strategies
  • Establishment of long-term customer relationships and further development of existing business by identifying cross- and upselling potentials
  • Negotiate and close licensing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, contract amendments, including conduction of contract agreements
  • Monitor sales performance vs budget plan and take corrective actions to achieve sales objectives
  • Independent market analysis and determination of market potential
  • Interface to commercial and technical operations as an impulse generator for cost, product and service optimization
  • Regular business updates to senior management

Ein überzeugender Background

  • Degree in pharmacy, MBA beneficial
  • Minimum 5-7 years strong licensing and sales experience of pharmaceutical finished dosage forms with proven track record
  • Candidates from pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, and innovative pharma with industrial background will be considered
  • Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with can do attitude
  • Brings in established network and has the ability to build new business relationships on senior management and C-level
  • Creative and strong contractual negotiation skills
  • High level of self motivation and ability to work autonomously
  • Proven track record
  • P&L and sales budget responsibility 
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills
  • Willingness to travel (around 30%)
  • Business fluent in English; knowledge of German is not a must, but an advantage
