(Junior) Quality Assurance Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsible for Quality Assurance testing of games and tools. To serve as a 'gatekeeper' for all company content, helping to ensure that each element meets the highest standards from a technical, legal, and aesthetic perspective. 

Your tasks

  • Collaboration with internal teams / departments and external partners
  • Work closely with other Games QA team members
  • Improving and keeping Games QA testing documentation up to date
  • Taking part of meetings and workshops
  • Provide training to junior team members or coworkers from other departments 
  • Have knowledge of market requirements
  • Testing game clients submitted by internal or external game studios on desktop and mobile platforms
  • Following and improving testing guidelines over approval testing
  • Submitting bug reports to respective projects  
  • Ensure all of the testing procedures are completed to a high level and within the expected time frame
  • Bug triage for bugs reported by third party testing company and distributing them accordingly
  • Understand the importance and impact of the issues, especially non-standard ones, and able to prioritize game bugs
  • Following up on bug reports when needed
  • Verifying bug fixes
  • Ensure all relevant information including details, screenshot, replication steps are included in the tickets, to give all best possible information to the developers 

Your profile

  • BSc in IT or equivalent 
  • At least 3 years of experience as a QA Engineer/Specialist that includes slot industry 
  • Experience with testing on mobile/desktop platforms 
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML5, API, SDK, ...) 
  • Experience with test management tools and bug tracking system 
  • Theoretical knowledge of software development and testing 
  • Excellent problem solving skills 
  • Attention to details 
  • Preciseness and sense of responsibility 
  • Task and process knowledge to handle test requirements and any issues that arise
  • Very good command of both written and spoken English
