In this role you will be accountable for:
- Coordinating project activities and ensuring thorough documentation of all phases
- Assist in managing project resources, including personnel, budget and materials
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project requirements are met
- Monitoring project expenses and assisting in budget tracking and reporting
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports
- Coordinate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed
- Collaborate in the creation of marketing assets for product launches and support communication activities
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in project management, business development, or a similar role
- Familiar with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, MS Project
- Fluent in English; skills in Spanish or other languages are an advantage
- Strong team player with the ability to work effectively in an international environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills combined with a hands-on mentality
