Your Tasks
- You assist with the development, setup and monitoring of paid media campaigns across search and social platforms to meet marketing goals
- You help to analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and create performance reports to support optimization efforts
- You support budget management by tracking expenditures and assisting with cost analysis to maximize return on ad spend
- You work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and account teams, to help coordinate and implement campaign assets and ensure cohesive messaging
- You stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, helping to incorporate new ideas into campaigns where appropriate
- You perform administrative tasks as needed, such as organizing campaign data, scheduling meetings, and preparing presentations
Your Profile
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Internship or coursework experience in digital marketing or paid media is a plus
- You have a basic understanding of data analysis and familiarity with Excel or Google Analytics to track and report on campaign performance
- You are interested in learning analytic tools, campaign management platforms and CRM software
- You are strong in written and verbal communication skills, to effectively assist with campaign reporting and cross-team collaboration
- You have a passion for the digital marketing field, with a particular interest in paid media and the video game industry, which is desirable
- You are familiar with social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and ad management tools
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
