Our Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineers play a vital role in maintaining the stability and performance of our systems. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid technical foundation in systems and networking. You'll collaborate closely with other engineering teams, respond swiftly to incidents, and contribute to keeping our global iGaming operations running smoothly. Quick learning and adaptability are especially important during the onboarding phase.
Your tasks
- Shift Work (24/7) Operate on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, ensuring round-the-clock coverage of gaming infrastructure.
- Environment Monitoring - Monitor production systems, gaming platforms, and network health to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Incident & Event Handling - Detect and respond to alerts, troubleshoot issues, log incidents, and follow resolution workflows.
- Single Point of Contact (SPoC) - Act as the first line of support during your shift, managing communication and coordination for any operational issues.
- B2B Support - Provide technical assistance to business clients and partners, maintaining SLAs and delivering timely resolutions.
- Escalation Management - Follow defined escalation paths for unresolved or critical issues, ensuring proper handovers and updates.
- First-Level Resolution - Resolve as many incidents as possible within the NOC scope using documented procedures and known solutions.
- Documentation & Processes - Maintain accurate records of incidents, procedures, and technical workflows for internal use and audits.
- Daily Reporting - Generate and share shift reports highlighting system health, incidents, and relevant metrics.
- Cross-Team Collaboration - Liaise with other tech teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
Your profile
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g. roles of switches, routers, firewalls, IPS, etc.)
- Familiarity with professional monitoring tools is an advantage
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Proactive communicator with a problem-solving attitude
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and precise in task execution
