Your core tasks
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast growing team in Prague. This role is a unique opportunity to develop broad expertise and make a significant impact in an international toy company renowned for its high-quality animal figurines. You will be responsible for managing the Czech Republic's direct market and working with distributors across other Eastern European markets.
The role offers excellent career growth potential and broad responsibilities, including hands-on sales management, strategic planning, and collaboration with distributors to drive growth across diverse markets.
- Oversee all aspects of sales, planning, and execution for the Czech market, ensuring revenue and growth targets are achieved
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Support marketing initiatives, social media activities, and events
- Collaborate with distributors across 10+ countries to drive brand growth and sales
- Analyze performance and develop tailored action plans for each distributor
- Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and marketing support in distributor markets
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Prepare regular performance reports to support strategic decision-making
- Utilize Excel and other tools to create detailed forecasts, budgets, and performance trackers
Your profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field (not necessarily sales; backgrounds in marketing, analytics, or operations are welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Fluency in Czech and English
