Your role and main tasks
Besides AdHoc-Projects, Financial Analysis, and reports to the management you will be mainly in charge of further developing of all our controlling- and reporting-systems.
This will include the following tasks:
You do not have to be a coding expert when you start this role. However, you should be very motivated to grow into this position and permanently develop both your business- and tech-skills.
This will include the following tasks:
- manage and monitor the daily ETL-procedures from the DWH into our BI-Program,
- continuously improve our Tool- and OLAP-Cube-Infrastructure,
- ensure a data-driven-decision-making by providing state-of-the-art controlling-systems,
- bring our controlling-landscape to the next level by creating new insightful reports,
- implement a rolling forecast for our P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow,
- establish a Cost-Center-Controlling and several useful tools for other departments

What we're looking for
- a degree (B.A.) in Finance, Accounting or Business Informatics,
- experience in a similar position is a plus
- self-driven and highly interested to grow into this position and continuously learn how to make the business-performance transparent with the latest technical solutions,
- advanced knowledge of Excel,
- basic knowledge in one of the following is a big plus: VBA, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, Jedox, etc.,
- passionate about working for a fast-paced E-Commerce business in which priorities and tasks can change quickly,
- open eye for new technologies and megatrends regarding Big-Data, Predictive-Analytics, etc.
- very good English (B2) skills (written and spoken), German Skills are a plus,
- traveling to Munich one time per quarter is no problem for you
