Your role and main tasks
- Control of documents in terms of formal and accounting aspects.
- Verification of accounting invoices and their timely entry and processing in the ERP system.
- Maintaining proper and procedure-compliant circulation of documents and invoices.
- Posting of cost documents.
- Preparing and executing payments.
- Handling inquiries regarding liabilities, generating payment confirmations, and reconciling balances with contractors.
- Monitoring accounts payable.
- Preparing summaries and reports for organizational needs.
- Ensuring the correct and timely completion of tasks related to month/year-end closures.
- Performing other assigned duties.
You will need
- Higher education (preferably in finance or administration).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the AP department.
- English language proficiency - B2.
- Knowledge of German will be an additional asset.
- SAP proficiency allowing for independent work.
- Excel proficiency allowing for independent work with data analysis.
