Location: Berlin

Your Tasks:

• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot technical issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components
• Deliver user training and create documentation
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Respond to service requests and incidents
• Offer remote support and assistance
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets

Your Profile:

• A minimum of three years of experience in a comparable position
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a large organization is welcomed 
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English (must) and German (good to have)
