Your Tasks:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation, and monitor progress to ensure successful completion
• Provide technical guidance and ensure digital solutions adhere to best practices, industry standards, and company policies
• Act as the primary point of contact for project communications and manage stakeholder expectations
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement quality control measures to meet required standards
• Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Embrace a dynamic work environment and effectively handle unforeseen challenges

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading digital projects, with a focus on web and mobile app development in enterprise environments
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Strong understanding of web and mobile app development technologies and frameworks
• Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility in handling dynamic project requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus
