IT Business Relationship Director EMEA/APAC m/f/d

Your strength:

• 5-10 years of demonstrated general IT experience, 3-5 years of management experience
• Experience with IT Service Delivery in a multinational business environment
• Experience with Business Relationship Management, being a liaison between IT and business leaders
• Experienced in driving team performance goals and succesful project delivery
• Good knowledge and understanding of ITIL processes
• Microsoft 365, WebEx, Active Directory general administration experience preferred
• Deep technical knowledge of business systems, PC/Mac computers, printers and software
• Vendor management experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, timely and clearly to stakeholders and management at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines in a timely manner
• Proviciency in both German and English

Your contribution:

• You foster ongoing strong, strategic relationships between Global IT and business units in Hechingen and across EMEA and APAC regions
• You participate with Global IT Leadership in the creation and execution of comprehensive technology roadmaps
• You oversee the management and prioritization of IT project portfolios
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement and operational efficiency
• You play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, ensuring succesful implementation and adoption of new technologies 
• You establish metrics and KPIs to measure the value delivered by IT projects and initiatives
• You lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions
• You act as Problem Manager in the case of major IT service issue/outage
