During your apprenticeship, you will learn and actively support the IT department in:

• Setting up and managing user accounts in various systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft).
• Resolving IT tickets with the guidance of our IT team.
• Installing, configuring, and monitoring virtual machines.
• Assisting in maintaining and managing our hardware and software.

• Successfully completed 9 years of schooling.
• Eagerness to learn and a collaborative team spirit.
• Enthusiasm for IT and technology.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Very good English skills (mind. B2), German skills are a plus.
