Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive growth in key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence in existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support and update field sales team for the key account customers  
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. And you already gained profound level of work experience in key account management, preferably in the electrical engineering sector.
 
Specific expertise: 
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts and drive sales growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP and a CRM system
