Your Responsibilities
- Prepare offers and process incoming orders.
- Research, organize, and support tenders throughout the tender process.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Customer Operations, Quality, Production, and Shipping.
- Maintain and manage customer data across systems.
- Oversee the dunning process and communicate with customers accordingly.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least one year of professional experience in sales.
- Knowledge in B2B sales, tender processes, and marketing plans.
- Proficient in MS 365, CRM, and ERP systems; experience in public transport, telematics, or sensor technology is a plus.
- Language proficiency: French (C1-C2), English (B2-C1); Spanish is a plus!
- Skilled in advanced sales techniques, with a strong customer focus, intercultural competence, and solution-oriented approach.
- Independent, reliable, and self-motivated team player, supporting Western European sales and marketing objectives directly with regional leadership.
