To bring our recruitment practices to the next level, we are looking for a HR Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition* who will support us in structuring our recruitment policies and act as international recruiter for specific recruitment processes.
The position is a full-time one and is only filled locally in one of the following CBM locations: Nairobi (Kenya), Abuja (Nigeria), Kampala (Uganda), Addis Abeba (Ethopia), Yaoundé (Cameroon), Lomé (Togo), Dar es Salaam (Tanzania).
Contractual conditions of the respective country will apply. An expatriation is not intended.
These are your responsibilities
As our HR Specialist - Global Talent Acquisition, you will be at the forefront of our global recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top talent to drive our mission forward. In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement global recruitment processes and best practices.
- Innovate and enhance recruitment strategies to attract top talent, focusing on inclusivity and diversity.
- Conduct multi-country recruiting activities for various disciplines and levels.
- Train and mentor internal stakeholders on recruitment topics, including assessment of competencies, social recruiting, inclusive recruitment, use of our ATS (Rexx)...
- Collaborate with the HR Specialist Compensation & Benefits and local HR Operations teams to determine competitive package ranges for global positions.
- Build and maintain internal and external talent pools for future opportunities and succession planning for key positions.
- Develop and evaluate recruitment metrics and KPIs to improve processes.
