The following adventures await you at Schleich:
- Employer branding: Development of a long-term employer branding strategy for our LinkedIn and Instagram channels as well as content creation and participation in job fairs
- University marketing: Communication with various universities and development of long-term partnerships and projects
- Global Talent Acquisition Management: Support as required in global talent acquisition management
- Data management: Maintenance of our HR personnel management tool Rexx, creation and reporting of evaluations as well as updating and maintaining our intranet with regard to HR topics
Your story so far:
- You are already studying in an advanced semester and are interested in human resources
- Ideally, you already have some experience in HR marketing or employer branding
- You can organize and structure yourself well and have a passion for HR
- You have an ability to see the big picture and are able to initiate process optimization through constructive feedback
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of German is a plus
