We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist (part-time 29,5 hours) (m/f/d) to support our Senior Management and employees by providing a comprehensive range of human resources services. Your contribution will ensure adherence to best practices, laws, and policies, strengthening internal and external relationships and supporting the success of our company
Primary responsibilities as HR Generalist
- Take full ownership of all HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a professional and seamless experience for employees.
- Manage and maintain all HR documentation, such as employment contracts, employee handbooks, organizational charts, and job descriptions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee payroll preparation (submission of bi-monthly data) and benefits administration, including health insurance, workers' compensation, liability, and annual reviews or audits.
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with employment law and group best practices, while acting as the primary point of contact for employee relations and performance issues.
- Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through corporate initiatives such as surveys, local activities, and communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Ensure accurate tracking and synchronization of vacation/PTO records
As HR Generalist you're a perfect match, if...
- You have an HR Generalist background with at least 3-5 years of operational HR, preferably in an international industrial environment.
- A solid working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, HR best practices, and employee relations is part of your skillset.
- Proactive team collaboration and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels come naturally to you.
- Problem-solving and negotiation are among your strengths, allowing you to handle complex situations effectively.
- You are detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration processes is part of your expertise.
