Your strength:
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience, preferred
- You understand HR best pratices and current regulations
- You are a strong communicator with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, poise, tact and diplomacy to accomplish objectives
- You have stron interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly present recommendations and ideas and to summarize complex issues
- You have the abilty to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sentitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
- You have the ability to handle confidential material along with sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- You have a customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in both German and English
Your contribution:
- You administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain all policy and procedure documents
- You counsel and guide managers before executing employee disciplinary actions
- You handle employee relations counseling, and exit interviews
- You maintain and process all unemployment notices of entitlement and potential charges in a timely, efficient manner
- You distribute and monitor employee performance evaluations and ensure they done in a timely manner
- You assist managers with performance and talent management issues and initiatives
- You maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- You paricipate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
- You manage and track all employee disciplinary actions
- You act as an employee relations specialist
