HR Generalist (m/w/d)

* Temporary - 1 Year, possibility of permanent employment contract after one year

Your Job

• Administrative support of employees and executives in all HR topics from hiring to resignation:
  • Advice and proactive support in all HR-related processes such as onboarding, annual appraisals, bonus and target agreements, transfers, departures 
  • Preparation of employment contracts and certificates
  • Correspondence and communication with health insurance funds, social insurance institutions, public offices and authorities
  • Employee support and advice in payroll accounting, tax and social security issues
  • Collaboration in the creation of personnel statistics
• Support in the implementation of a new HR Information System (Workday)
• Collaboration in global HR projects and topics
• Presence at the Bad Homburg location

Your Profile

• Commercial training with several years of professional experience in personnel processing / HR department
• Current knowledge of labour, social and wage tax law
• Understanding and/or experience regarding HR processes and procedures
• Safe handling of common software
• Conscientious and discreet handling of confidential data
• Very precise, responsible and systematic working method
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, flexibility and resilience
• Native German speaker; very good knowledge of English
