HR Business Partner m/f/d

Your strength: 

• Completed commercial training / completed business studies or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• High customer orientation in combination with strong communication skills
• Ability to interact with different people in different situations
• Ability to lead open and goal-oriented conflicts
• Proficiency in both German and English 

Your contribution:

• You support team members and managers in a single line of business/single site or similar scope to determine methods and procedures for the appropriate course of action
• With some oversight, you ensure the company is compliant with all country, federal, state, and local HR laws and participate in audits and confirm accuracy of data
• You provide advice and counsel in assigned area regarding management practices, performance management, organizational effectiveness, general employment pracitices, recruiting and staffing, compensation, team member development, employee relations, compliance, workers compensation, health and welfare benefits, HR operations and payroll in support of business objectives
• You provide feedback and advice to leaders to help ensure fair and consistent administration of compensation practices throughout the organization, including but not limited to merit increases, promotions, Restricted Stock Awards and bonuses
• You partner with the business leaders to understand their strategic objectives, supports and executes on people initiatives such as engagement, change management, leadership development, recruitment, retention strategies, and organizational effectiveness in support of the business objectives within their assigned area
