We are proud to announce our implementation in Belgium, therefore we are looking we are seeking a highly organized and experienced Head of Sales Management (f/d/m) to lead and supervise our sales administration, order entry, and commissioning activities. The ideal candidate will ensure continuous process efficiency and data accuracy across these operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise all sales administration and commissioning activities, overseeing a small team of technicians and employees 
  • Plan and organize activities, including the integration and training of new employees, while proposing and implementing procedural improvements for continuous process efficiency from order entry to commissions and sales force administration 
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures, maintaining data coherence and accuracy, and addressing anomalies with management. Oversee the proper functioning of the commissioning tool, if applicable 
  • Lead a small team focused on order entry, sales force administration, commissions, and contact center operations, ensuring the tactical implementation of a mid-term action plan 
  • Manage internal relations with sales forces, marketing, and finance teams, and implement the contact center action plan to ensure optimal customer satisfaction within budget 
  • Supervise the scheduling, task distribution, and organization of the contact center structure, both internally and with external providers 

Requirements

  • 5 years minimum experience in the field of sales management including 3-5 years in a first-line management role 
  • Demonstrated conceptual and technical understanding of complex customer service procedures and methods 
  • Strong understanding of the Vorwerk's business and products 
  • General knowledge of the department's impact on the broader organization 
  • Excellent skills in coordination, organization, and communication 
  • Ability to motivate and influence team members 
  • Bachelor, Master, PhD in Business Administration or other related fields is considered a plus in addition to your practical work experience 
  • Proficient in Dutch, English, and French, both spoken and written
