Head of Human Resources

The Head of Human Resources oversees and drives all HR strategic and business aspects of the company. The person is responsible for creating a vision of success, to drive the execution of all workforce strategy matters, to ensure an inclusive & fair company culture and to position the company as an employer of choice.

Your tasks

 
  • Lead the HR team of two team members and drive the execution of the approved HR strategy, BP and budget
  • Monitor HR's performance against strategy and budget through KPI's, provide guidance to achieve all targets and provide regular performance updates to the General Manager
  • Define the policies including Rewards & Compensation, Learning & Development, Recruitment, HR Management, HR business model and Health & well being
  • Enforce compliance with all HR-related rules within SR Technics and guarantee a compliance culture within the HR organization
  • Ensure an inclusive culture and position the company as an employer of choice organization
  • Provide guidance and support in all matters related to human resources and organizational capabilities
  • Advise, coach, and develop the functional leadership team  
  • Accelerate the cultural evolution of the Senior Leadership Team and actively engage the organization to shape the future
  • Conduct meetings with employees related to Performance Review, Career Development/Promotion, Absenteeism monitoring, Disciplinary, Exit Review, etc.
  • Manage employee relations issues
  • Follow up on SIRH customization and implementation
  • Ensure that the HR department complies with all relevant legal requirements
  • Advise the organizational unit around remuneration and its associated employer costs
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the HR organization and the assigned organizational units
  • Drive and facilitate change management and development projects for the assigned organizational units
  • Served as point of contact for all work's council issues and participate in regular meetings with personal representatives
  • Maintain strong relationships with authorities, PEKO and unions and represent SR Technics in all HR related matters

Your profile

 
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Brevet Federal or Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in a similar role within a global company, preferably in a manufacturing or maintenance services industry
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions
  • Hands-on experience with HR software (SuccessFactors, SAP)
  • Affinity with swiss labour legislation
  • Excellent leadership abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English (Level C1)
