Your Job:
- You lead the Structuring & Origination team within Green Energy Markets with focus on green Power and Gas
- You support and motivate team members in their individual development and growth plans
- You thrive in an international environment and have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You support the team in PPA deals from lead generation to signing
- Together with the team, you take responsibility for the commercial goals and P&L results
- In close collaboration with IT and HQ origination you build excellent origination process and outline systems environment
- You are part of the extended leadership team of LichtBlick
- You are a strong Stakeholder Manager and vivid interface to Eneco Trading department (EET)
- You support in build-up of group assets pipeline in Germany
Your Skills:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and can demonstrate strong commercial experience and acumen
- You have some years of experience in leading a highly skilled team through transparent communication, empowerment, and a clear direction
- You bringt a strong level of experience within the German energy market and relevant regulative framework
- Extensive experience within renewables and contracting PPAs - from an intakle and offtake perspective
- Ideally you have your own industry network to PV, Wind developers and flexibility assets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving and open way of communicating characterise you
- Fluent in German and English on negotiation level? Yes, please!
