Your Job:

  • Lead and mentor a structure of six engineering teams through their respective team leads, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
  • As a member of the B2C business unit leadership circle, you collaborate closely with product, business, and technology stakeholders to shape and execute our technical vision and strategy
  • You drive architectural decisions and technical direction for our B2C platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our solutions
  • You Establish and optimize development processes, quality standards, and engineering practices across teams in alignment with our Central Software Engineering Platform Teams and their Head of Software Engineering
  • You are responsible for Contributing to strategic planning and budgeting processes, aligned with business objectives and growth targets

Your Skills:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or you have relevant vocational training and extensive experience in software engineering leadership roles
  • You have extensive experience in software engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing multiple development teams.
  • You have a Strong technical background with hands-on experience in modern software development practices and architecture
  • Experience in scaling engineering organizations and implementing effective processes
  • You have Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
  • You have a track record of successful collaboration with product, business, and technology stakeholders
  • You have a passion for sustainability and are eager to contribute to shaping a sustainable energy transition
  • You bring strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken? Yes, please!
