Your Job:
- You lead the team Business Excellence & Reporting (BE&R) within Green Energy Markets as functional part of EET
- You ensure excellence in analysing and steering renewable Power and Gas performance and PnL in close alignment with the Sourcing and Trading team
- You are responsible for coordinating and facilitating the J-SOX compliance of GEM division as crucial operational and compliance task
- Implement energy balance sheet initiatives and ensure correct reporting in close cooperation with GEM and Finance is part of your responsibilities
- Together with the team, you identify and lead improvement initiatives and digitization projects across the GEM division and with Stakeholders
- You support and motivate your team members in their individual development and growth plans
- You thrive in an international environment and have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You are a strong Stakeholder Manager and build a vivid interface within LichtBlick and Eneco Trading division (EET)
- You foster strong collaboration with specifically Portfolio Managers, Sales B2C and B2B, Finance, IT and Risk Management colleagues
Your Skills:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree and can demonstrate strong commercial experience and acumen
- Some years of experience in leading a highly skilled team through transparent communication, empowerment, and a clear direction
- You bring a high level of data affinity, project management skills and fact-based decision making
- In addition you have strong experience within Commodity pricing, PnL reporting, and steering of opportunities/risks
- Experience within energy markets and good understanding of energy flows and interfaces distinguish you
- Also excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving and open way of communicating
- Fluent in German and English?! Yes, please (mandatory)
