  you have to lead the management and optimization of EMEA-wide End-to-End (E2E) value chain processes at LAPP Harnessing Operations. This strategic role involves ensuring the standardization, maturity, and continuous improvement of core processes, while driving digital transformation initiatives.
 

Your tasks

  • Develop, implement, and maintain standardized core processes across LAPP Harnessing Operations in the EMEA region.
  • Create and utilize a maturity level assessment framework to evaluate and improve core process performance.
  • Design, build, and align the "Process House" framework to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency of core processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Own a comprehensive digitalization roadmap for the EMEA harnessing business.
  • Drive the implementation of digital tools and technologies to enhance process efficiency, data integration, and decision-making.
  • Ensure the successful adoption of digital solutions across the organization through effective change management.
  • Develop and implement a regional and local lean management structure to drive operational excellence.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by applying lean principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Provide training, tools, and support to regional and local teams to embed lean practices into daily operations.

Your profile

  • Master's degree in business administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in process management, systems development, and digital transformation, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of End-to-End value chain processes and best practices in process standardization and optimization.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing digitalization strategies, including roadmap development and technology implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of lean principles, including value stream mapping, waste reduction, continuous improvement, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement lean management structures at regional and local levels.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
