Group Brand Manager - Waste Water (m/f/d)
Fulltime (38,5 h/week) | Permanent Employment | Cologne / remote 

Take the lead in shaping the future of wastewater treatment! As a Group Brand Manager, you will drive growth, innovation, and market excellence for our cutting-edge brands. Collaborate with top-tier suppliers, inspire stakeholders, and elevate our position as an industry leader.

• Shape Brand Strategy: Define growth objectives, set budgets, and align with business units to ensure brand success across markets.
  Monitor Performance: Analyze brand data and supplier performance to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and adjust strategies for optimal results.
• Drive Marketing Innovation: Lead engaging campaigns, webinars, PR initiatives, and trade fair activities to position our brands as market leaders.
• Coordinate Logistics: Oversee pan-European stock strategies, manage forecasting, and streamline logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with suppliers, technical teams, and marketing stakeholders to align efforts and achieve mutual goals.
• Deliver Technical Excellence: Collaborate with wastewater labs to provide technical support, organize joint visits, and develop innovative solutions for customers.
• Inspire Engagement: Organize impactful training sessions, workshops, and product promotions to empower internal teams and external partners.
   

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, or similar fields.
• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in chemical distribution or wastewater treatment.
• A flair for data-driven decisions with advanced skills in Microsoft tools and CRM systems.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and presentation abilities.
• English fluency (C1) and a passion for international collaboration (german is a plus).
