Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.

Your tasks
- Preparar el material de suspensión de cuerda que utilizarán los riggers;
- Controlar la calidad del trabajo realizado por los riggers;
- Asegurar el área de trabajo de los riggers para evitar accidentes;
- Encargarse del cableado e instalación de polipastos eléctricos de cadena;
- Montar y asegurar las estructuras de truss (estructuras modulares generalmente de aluminio usadas en escenarios y montajes);
- Cumplimiento con los protocolos e instrucciones de monatje/desmontaje;
- Comunicación fluida y clara con Construction Manager, Operational Managers y Riggers para los trabajos de montaje/desmontaje y cualquier asunto relevante sobre ello;
- Comunicación con Crew Manager para la programación de trabajos;
- Comunicación con Logística/Operaciones sobre necesidades de material;
- Manejo, limpieza y mantenimiento preventivo de la plataforma elevadora;
- Orden y limpieza de su puesto de trabajo al iniciar/finalizar;
- Control, revisión visual diaria y detección de anomalías con los EPIS (arnés, casco, chaleco, etc);
- Soporte a otros departamentos si fuese necesario.
Your profile
El puesto de Grounder tiene como objetivo servir como punto de contacto directo con los clientes durante las actividades en un recinto ferial. Sus responsabilidades incluyen la vigilancia y aseguramiento de la zona de trabajo para los montadores.
