Global Payroll Coordinator (all genders)
in Prague, Czech Republic

The following adventures await you at Schleich:

  • Preparation of monthly payroll with our external service provider for Germany and worldwide
  • Supporting stakeholders with payroll and HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Leading cross-company payroll projects and optimizing internal processes
  • Support in setting up payroll in new countries and coordination with our outsourced provider
  • Monitoring and coordinating with external payroll partners to ensure compliance with local guidelines
  • Processing correspondence with insurance companies and authorities
  • Administration of benefits such as restaurant vouchers and pension plans
  • Operational support for time management with SP-Data and Rexx software

Your story so far:

  • You have a university degree with a focus on human resources, business administration or psychology, alternatively you have completed a commercial training with an additional job-specific qualification (e.g. HR specialist (all genders))
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in payroll accounting and have in-depth knowledge of German payroll tax and German social security law
  • You are an organizational talent with a process-oriented mindset and a keen interest in digitization projects; your hands-on mentality is what sets you apart
  • Previous knowledge of DATEV and rexx as well as professional experience abroad are an advantage, but not a must
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
