General Manager - Engine MRO Chongqing
The Challenge
- Build the management core team and fundamental pillars to ensure upmost success
- Oversee the establishment from construction to completion, ensuring it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project
- Lead and manage local teams and contractors, setting clear objectives and measuring progress
- Serve as the primary liaison between local partners and shareholders, government, overseas management. Ensure effective communication and alignment across all parties
- Ensure the project adheres to all local laws and regulations, including labor laws, safety standards, and environmental policies
- Implement quality control programs to meet or exceed the quality standards set by the company and regulatory bodies
- Establish high-quality Engine MRO operations in the new engine shop facility in Chongqing
You:
- Part of your DNA is to build, lead and successfully drive high level projects on an operational as well as strategic level, striving for best-in-class services and success
- Are able to demonstrate a successful track record in building up comparable high level and high volume business requirements
- Possess a relevant and adequate degree for the role paired with the necessary professional expertise
- Previous experience in leading projects in China is considered an asset
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Full professional proficiency in English, Chinese language skills are beneficial
