We are looking for an Organizational Development Professional to design, implement, and drive cultural initiatives, with a focus on fostering a high-performing culture that supports resilience and mental health.

Your mission at RBI

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a sustainable high-performing culture within the organization
  • Promote resilience and mental health initiatives to support employee well-being
  • Collaborate with teams and conduct organizational assessments to identify development needs and opportunities
  • Design, develop, and deliver learning and development (L&D) programs that align with our organizational goals
  • Work closely with leadership to align organizational development strategies and develop change concepts to drive organizational growth 
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and initiatives
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to enhance performance and development

 

Your core competencies

  • University degree potentially with a focus on psychology, organizational psychology, change management, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in leadership development, organizational development or similar work experience
  • Good understanding of team- and organizational dynamics and outstanding interpersonal and facilitation skills; A coaching certification or equivalent personal development experience is required.
  • Mature personality, able to provide sparring to senior leaders and ability to establish trustful relationships in all areas of the business and at all levels
  • Proven experience in project/program management, preferably within a large-scale international environment
  • Team player, well-organized with an exceptional follow-through and supportive nature
