Doing what is fun

Please describe the responsibilities:
  • Provide technical & scientific support and training to junior staff and other departments on dissolution testing procedures and best practices.
  • Support service in solving customer issues (customer method issues as well as software & hardware related issues).
  • Perform training at customer for dissolution testing equipment incl. software training.
  • Conduct routine and non-routine dissolution tests with customer methods on ERWEKA dissolution equipment (manual to automatic tests).  
  • Analyze data, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Maintain and calibrate dissolution testing equipment (OQ/PQ), ensuring compliance ERWEKA SOPS, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety standards.
  • Stay updated with regulatory guidelines related to dissolution testing, including USP, FDA, and ICH guidelines.  Participate in scientific & regulatory workshops/ seminars/ organization meetings.
  • Prepare marketing material, which includes application notes, webinars, tutorial videos, etc.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
  • Chemical & pharmaceutical laboratory routines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for pharmaceutical testing.
  • Proficient in data analysis software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with automated dissolution testing systems.
  • Experience in method development and validation for modified-release dosage forms.
Working Conditions:
  • Laboratory environment requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • May require occasional travel to attend conferences, workshops, or training sessions.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as pipetting.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during experiments.
