YOUR TASKS
- Administer and configure enterprise applications to align with business needs and improve operational efficiency
- Integrate enterprise applications with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement application enhancements
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize functionality
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, a related field or a proven track record as Enterprise Application Specialist
- Proven experience in managing and optimizing enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Odoo, and Sage Intacct
- Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, with the ability to configure and customize applications to meet business requirements
- Experience with application integration tools and techniques, ensuring seamless data flow across systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
