For our headquarter in Hamburg, we are looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator (all genders) for our fashion brand Sinsay
Your tasks as an E-Commerce Coordinator
- Increase brand awareness and sales by developing targeted measures
- Identification of business opportunities, risks, and growth potentials through continuous analysis of competition, product, pricing, and logistics
- Adjustment of the e-commerce strategy to local market conditions
- Achieve revenue and profit goals, and optimize conversion rates, average order values, and profit margins
- Close collaboration with the e-commerce, marketing, logistics, operations team and the German management team
Your Profile as an E-Commerce Coordinator
- Successful degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or sales, preferably in an international environment
- Strong knowledge in data analysis, performance tracking, market research, and experience with Google Analytics 4 and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
- Understanding of SEO and its impact on e-commerce
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English Fluent in both German and English
- Desirable: Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
