As one of our first employees, the Director of Operations Germany will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company. You will help establish efficient operational processes from the ground up, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. Your leadership will foster a collaborative atmosphere where innovative ideas thrive and continuous improvement is at the forefront.

In this role you will

• oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

• streamline processes and enhance service delivery

• manage logistics, inventory, and supply chain

• ensure high customer service and performance standards

• collaborate with teams to improve workflows and customer experience

• set and track KPIs for operational improvements

• resolve operational issues and escalated customer concerns

• ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards

• optimize resources and control costs and

• lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence.
