In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive global media strategies that align with our business objectives. As a Digital Paid Media Manager -  Global (all genders), you will play a key role in creating, executing, and optimizing media campaigns across various channels. Your expertise will be crucial in coordinating with agencies, benchmarking competition, and ensuring the success of our media initiatives.  

Your Tasks

Within the Digital Paid Media Team, the Digital Paid Media Manager - Global (all genders) will work closely with the relevant team members and the extended team members in Data Analytics roles to:     
  • You create a global paid media strategy:
    • Define media strategy, including goals, KPIs, measurement metrics, target audiences, and messaging
    • Set and manage the budget for media campaigns
  • You create an execution plan:
    • Develop a detailed campaign schedule and ad creatives
    • Allocate the budget across different media channels and choose optimization strategies
  •  You execute and optimize media campaigns:
    • Implement and optimize media campaigns to ensure maximum impact and efficiency
  • You coordinate agencies:
    • Research and onboard agencies that align with our goals
    • Provide clear media briefs and coordinate closely with agencies
    • Analyze agency performance and provide constructive feedback
  • You report the Performance of Media Campaigns: 
    • You generate comprehensive reports on the performance of media campaigns
    • You provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • You analyze the performance of media campaigns:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of media campaign performance, identifying key trends and areas for optimization
  • You brief Ads Assets:
    • Brief creative teams or digital marketing colleagues on required ad assets
    • Drive best practices in ad creation
  • You benchmark competition media campaigns:
    • Analyze and benchmark the from competitors' media campaigns
  • You benchmark media channels:
    • Engage with account managers to benchmark different media channels
  • You own media account:
    • Foster and maintain relationships with global media partners
    • Create and manage the global account structure

Your Profile

  • You have a proven experience in developing and executing successful global media strategies
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are familiar with diverse media channels and advertising platforms
  • You own experience in coordinating with external agencies
