As part of a team of 4 people, 2 of whom are dedicated to product analysis, the Digital Marketing Manager specialises in managing acquisition campaigns and producing creatives with the help of an external marketing agency. The new candidate will work in close cooperation with the team lead.
Your tasks
- Experience in managing digital acquisition campaigns on an operative level
- Ability to analyse quantitative data reports and KPIs
- Experience in creative production from writing concept briefs, exchanging feedback with designers to delivery of assets and testing
- Understand how to use data to inform creative decisions
- Experience in video editing as part of design skills is a plus
- Being knowledgeable in App Store Optimization is a plus
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in an agency- or B2C e-commerce environment
- Data-driven, solution-oriented, analytical personality
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated & self-organised
- Creative mindset
- Determined personality
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in both spoken and written English, any other additional language (German, Italian, Spanish, French, Hungarian, Czech or Russian) is a plus
