Your Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a smooth local operation based on the standards set by the HQ in Hamburg
- Local and correct accounting in accordance with local law and cash flow management, taking the requirements of HQ into account
- Ensuring locally all steps of the employee life cycle based on the set standards of HQ. Leading and managing local employees.
- Responsible for contract management and payroll, compliant with all HR related laws and set standards by HQ
- Support the logistics and purchasing process in close coordination with HQ
- Regular Reports to the Managing Director and CEO
Required Experience:
- University degree, preferable MBA, Management, IT
- Experience in international IT projects
- At least 5 years of work experience in comparable and generalist function
- Self-reliance, high sense of responsibility
- French, English fluent, German is an advantage
