Job Description & Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will ensure that customers successfully onboard, adopt, and scale their use of our platform. This role requires a structured and proactive approach to helping customers navigate technical onboarding, optimize workflows, and achieve long-term success.
You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver a seamless post-sales experience, guiding customers from implementation to becoming power users. Your focus will be on driving adoption, reducing churn risk, and expanding customer relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and activate new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and a structured adoption process
  • Monitor customer usage, proactively addressing roadblocks and identifying opportunities for deeper adoption
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing best practices and technical guidance to help customers maximize value
  • Drive expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales on upsell and cross-sell strategies
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, working with Product and Engineering to improve the platform
  • Develop scalable success programs, including educational resources, FAQs, and automated support workflows

Qualifications

  • Experience in Customer Success of a technical solution and in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to guide customers through onboarding and integration
  • Proactive problem-solver, anticipating customer needs and resolving challenges efficiently
  • Data-driven mindset, using customer usage insights to drive engagement and retention
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
